Grand Rapids Ophthalmology participates with most vision and medical insurance plans. Vision plans cover exams specific to how your eyes see with glasses and/or contact lenses. Your medical insurance covers medical health issues affecting your eyes. Insurance co-pay and/or out-of-pocket fees are due in full at the time of service.
